Location
Footbridge over M40 East of Jcn 15 - SP 26745 62355
Description
Obstruction: These six bollards, three at each end of the footbridge serve no purpose. There are already appropriately placed bollards on the approach to the bridge on both the North and South sides so vehicle unsuitable for the bridge can't reach this 2nd set of bollards
Prohibition: usage of the bridge is light, it's unusual to meet anyone else while crossing and there is no need 'cyclist dismount' sign

Description
Obstruction: These 3 posts are completely pointless and make entering the road from the path more hazardous and difficult. When you should be looking back to the right for traffic you have to also look forwards and avoid the black posts.

Location
Harris Way Kenilworth 52.357951, -1.563410
Description
Obstruction: This is an interesting one at the bottom of Harris Road. There seems to be no easy way onto route 52 at Crackley from Common Lane. I assumed the new development would have a lovely link and went down Harris Road to find nothing. However a resident said he thought there was going to be a path but it was fenced off.
A great opportunity to link new housing to the greenway cycle path, and Warwick Uni, missed by both councils. But still possible to create the link.

Location
Off A429 (Stratford Road) on route 41 past the pedestrian bridge over M40. On the footpath on the other side of the bridge (opposite a depo). Road that then rejoins the A429 , cycling to Sherbourne.
Description
Obstruction: Request for a dropped kerb at the end of the road as on numerous occasions cyclists have missed the initial dropped kerb and it is frustrating to get to the end of the road to find there isn’t one. Note there is always a big puddle where the existing dropped kerb is. Plus the cycle path is covered in debris at this point so the (quiet) road is a more attractive place to cycle …until you realise there is no dropped kerb at the end! (Just before you turn left onto the cycle path back to the main road.

Location
Outside Newbold Comyn Leisure Centre. Route 41 cycle route/on road section leading to Newbold Terrace East.
Description
Obstruction. The current road layout and barriers including the temporary ‘fence’ impacts walkers including dog walkers, runners and car parking users as well as cyclists who are passing the Newbold Comyn leisure centre.
The photo is not a cycle path (cycle route 41 is on road at this point), but pedestrians who do not want to go down the steps or use the ramp and just want to get past the Leisure Centre are forced out onto the road. The plastic barriers on the verge protect the plants but mean pedestrians now regularly walk into the road (often without looking) where they can collide with cyclists and motorists.
As a regular cyclist to and from the Leisure Centre I have witnessed this on numerous occasions. Plus the fencing at the pub car park area mean that pedestrians using the wooded area are fenced in until they get to the middle of the car park so this again means they are likely to use the road on the other side. This area needs redesigning for all.
